Privacy policy
Ilham does not collect, store on a server or share any personal data. It has no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.
Location
When you allow it, Ilham reads your location, approximate is enough, to calculate prayer times and the Qibla direction. This happens on your device only, and the location is never sent anywhere.
The Android app keeps the last location on the device, out of backups, so the times show at launch.
The getilham.app website uses the approximate location of your connection, as provided by Cloudflare, only to show the day’s prayer times on its home page, without storing it or setting any cookie.
Data on your device
Favorites, reading position and settings stay in the app on your device and its widgets. Your phone’s own backup (iCloud or Android backup) may include them, under your account, without Ilham receiving them.
Downloads
Translations you choose are downloaded from Apple’s App Store or from Google Play, which apply their own privacy policies.
Notifications
Prayer reminders are scheduled on your device.
